One stop shopping!
I thought this was amusing. You're supposed to put money in the parking meter but, failing that, you can just go ahead and pay the fine! The yellow box attached to the meter is the box where you're supposed to put the money for the fine!

that would be a bummer to get the fine - I had a parking ticket in april and it cost me 55 dollars!! Needlessto say, I was quite bummed.
How much is the fine? Maybe if you're planning on leaving your car there for a long time it's just cheaper to pay the fine. =)
I was just thinking what Natalie posted. I'm an old pro at paying parking fines, I've used those boxes many times.

That is too funny! My grandparents use to live in Chattanooga and I sent my grandmother a copy of your picture. She said she remembers seeing signs like this. Great shot!
I wish I knew how much the fine was but it didn't say. I guess you had to wait to get a ticket and then pay.
