Chattanooga Daily Photo: Pampas grass in bloom

The pampas grass is blooming now. I just love the huge stalks. To me, they're exotic because we didn't have anything like that in Massachusetts.

Annie said...: There is some growing in neighbor's yard next door. I'm always tempted to cut a stalk or two to use in an ornamental arrangement but I never have asked permission. It just looks so pretty outside that I think I should just leave it for everyone to enjoy.; 9:20 PM
