A blue light special
I find this billboard very strange. The TBI (Tennessee Bureau of Investigation) appears to be having a sale on background checks and to ge the word out they're putting up billboards around the city (and I assume other places around the state). Is this something that really needs to be publicized?About the picture itself, I didn't notice when I took the picture that I also got the top of the dry cleaners building in the shot and when I first looked at the picture I was wondering where the watermark came from! LOL! As for the weird sky color, I can't really explain it but it was that color. It was approximately 9:00 PM and I was going to pick up my son from work and the sky was that very strange color. It felt like I was in an episode of the Twilight Zone. I thought we might be getting some bad storms heading our way but we didn't. My son said the sky looked like that the time there was a big sand storm in the Middle East and we saw some of the effects all the way here in the U.S. Well, that's enough explanation for one picture!
