Who is in charge of counting?
Every time I pass by this place I can't help but wonder how they decided upon a name for this store and if anyone ever counted them. If I asked, do you think they would count them for me?

Just go in and buy a frame, then see if they run out and change the name to House of 9999 Frames.
Here's my thought...maybe this sign is pretty old...maybe it was a play on maybe a movie/book/song title from the 50's or possibly earlier...just a thought!
